Contact The GPA Calculator
The GPA Calculator is maintained by The GPA Calculator Editorial Team. Email is the main way to reach us.
Please write in English or Chinese and put the page URL in the subject line so we can find the right page quickly.
Public issue tracker
Technical bugs and editorial corrections can also be reported in our GitHub issue tracker. Issues there are public, so do not include personal or academic records.
What to include
Corrections to a guide
Include the article URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a link to the current official source (for example the school catalog, registrar page, or application-service instructions).
Calculator results
Describe the courses, grades, credits, and scale you entered, the result you saw, and the result you expected. Please remove names, student IDs, and other personal details before sending.
Accessibility
Tell us the page, the browser or assistive technology you used, and what blocked you. See the Accessibility page for our testing scope and known limitations.
Privacy
Calculator entries stay in your browser, so we cannot look up or delete them for you. For questions about analytics or advertising, read the Privacy Policy first and then email us.
What we cannot help with
We are not an admissions office, registrar, or credential evaluator. We cannot issue official GPA calculations, change a transcript, or predict an admission decision. Contact the institution that owns the policy for those requests.
